HelperWebs is a free, peer-to-peer platform connecting neighbors for informal help (e.g., yard work, chores, pet care).

2. No Employment Relationship

HelperWebs does not employ, supervise, or control users. Helpers and providers are independent. You are solely responsible for your arrangements. All minors must sign up using a Parents or Guardians Email.

3. User Responsibilities

• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
• Helpers under 18 must follow CA child labor laws (no hazardous work like roofing, chemicals, or power tools)
• Do not post illegal, dangerous, or fraudulent jobs

4. Disclaimers

HelperWebs is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services
• Truthfulness of user profiles
• That disputes will be resolved

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelperWebs is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in California.
